The Project
As part of data center construction projects, we are looking for a Site Manager, in multi-trade and finishing works, on the Client/Owner side.
Job Responsibilities
-Oversee the daily progress of on-site work (coordination, schedule monitoring, workforce control).
-Manage internal teams and supervise subcontractors.
-Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safety regulations.
-Guarantee the technical compliance of works (civil engineering, HVAC, electrical, and finishing works).
-Participate in progress meetings and provide regular reporting to the project owner.
-Coordinate interventions and ensure smooth collaboration with the site team.
Required Skills
-Comprehensive technical knowledge in specialized trades (HVAC, Electrical).
-An experience on the Client/Owner side.
-Fluent in German.
