The Project
As part of an EPC project for the turnkey construction of LPG facilities (butane and propane storage spheres) in Spain, we are looking for a Subcontract Manager (M/F).
The position is based in Paris, with frequent travel within Spain.
Overview of the rôle
– Manage subcontract agreements end-to-end (machinery, equipment, services, construction works).
– Review, prepare, negotiate, and administer subcontract packages within the EPC project framework.
– Act as the key interface between project teams, the Procurement Director, partners, and subcontractors.
– Monitor contractual execution, including performance, risks, variations, claims, and compliance.
– Coordinate with Spain-based teams and travel regularly to site as required.
– Oversee contractual documentation and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
– Ensure compliance with technical requirements, project schedule, and quality standards across all subcontracted activities.
Requirements
– Engineering degree (Master’s level) with a focus on project/contract management,
– Experience in Subcontract Management on EPC projects (energy, Oil & Gas, infrastructure),
– Spanish and English required.

Salaire : Annual gross salary: €65,000–€70,000
